Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns on unused products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, we will replace or refund it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 30 days. If the item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Return Shipping

Change-of-mind returns: customer pays return shipping.
Defective items: we cover return shipping.

How to Start a Return

Email orders@kibbu.co.nz with:

• Order number
• Product name
• Reason for return
• Photos (if the item is defective)

We respond within 1–2 business days.
