Shipping policy

Delivery Times (New Zealand)

Standard delivery: 1–3 business days.
Rural delivery: 2–5 business days.

Orders placed before 2pm NZST are usually dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm are dispatched the next business day.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. During peak periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly shown and applied automatically when eligible.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed or missing, please contact us at orders@kibbu.co.nz. We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Additional charges may apply if an order needs to be re-shipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
